The customer, pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 No. 206 and subsequent amendments, has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receipt, giving notice to MilleUlivi – Lungomare Nazario Sauro, 25 70121 Bari (Italy), by filling out the form here present, calling the phone number +39 349 1312091 or by writing to the address resi@oliomilleulivi.it
MilleUlivi will take care of reimbursing the amount paid within 14 days of the customer’s communication of the withdrawal. In the areas served by the MilleUlivi distribution system, the collection of the goods is the responsibility of the Company and therefore the customer must not bear any costs. In any case, any shipping costs incurred by the customer for returning the goods to MilleUlivi are reimbursed together with the price of the goods and any contributions paid by the customer.
