TASTE
The two “queen” varieties of Apulia. The intensity and strength of the taste of the Coratina cultivar olives, the richest in polyphenols, is sweetened by the Barese Ogliarola creating a harmonious and balanced oil, delicate to the palate, characterized by a fruity almond aroma of a beautiful green colour with golden reflections. The blend gives rise to a delicate oil that boasts a very low acidity and a very balanced taste.
